Additionally, she develops dispute-avoiding solution strategies and out-of-court settlement approaches in the early stages of a dispute.<\/p><p>Ann-Christin\u2019s area of practice focuses on technical disputes, for example in the areas of digitalised and automated mechanical and plant engineering, defence and energy. In addition, Ann-Christin has extensive expertise in the area of lawyers' and managers' liability as well as in post-M&amp;A proceedings.<\/p><p>Before founding GRAT Disputes, Ann-Christin worked as a lawyer at BAUMANN Resolving Disputes from 2019 to 2023, most recently as a Salary Partner, and previously as a lawyer at Corinius LLP in Hamburg from 2014 to 2019. In 2021, Ann-Christin completed her training as a business mediator (Munich Business Mediator Training).<\/p><p>Ann-Christin speaks German and
