He advises and represents German and international clients in corporate law disputes, M&amp;A disputes and manager liability cases. He is also active in drafting contracts. He advises companies, their shareholders and executive bodies in all corporate phases, in particular on the formation, preparation and implementation of shareholders' meetings, capital and reorganisation measures, restructurings, joint ventures and the purchase and sale of companies.<\/p><p>Benjamin has many years of experience as a corporate and M&amp;A lawyer and combines this expertise with his skills as a highly specialised litigator and business mediator. His advice often starts at an early stage of the dispute. In close consultation with the client, he develops tailor-made and interest-based strategies for the enforcement or defence of claims as well as for dispute avoidance and alternative dispute resolution.<\/p><p>Before founding GRAT Disputes, Benjamin worked as a lawyer at Lebuhn &amp; Puchta from 2019 to 2023, most recently as a Salary Partner, and previously as a lawyer at Corinius LLP in Hamburg from 2016 to 2019, in each case in the areas of corporate law, M&amp;A and litigation. He studied law at the Westf\u00e4lische Wilhelms-Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnster and completed his doctoral thesis there on the compulsory redemption of GmbH shares, a topic that still regularly accompanies him in shareholder disputes today.<\/p><p>In addition to his work as a lawyer, Benjamin is also active as a business mediator. He regularly gives presentations and publishes on topics relating to corporate law and dispute resolution. He is co-author of the textbook \u2018Zivilprozess- und Verhandlungstaktik\u2019 (civil procedure and negotiation tactics) (2nd edition published in 2023).<\/p><p>Benjamin speaks German and
