Ann-Christin acts as counsel in complex arbitration and court proceedings and as arbitrator and mediator in commercial disputes. Additionally, she develops dispute-avoiding solution strategies and out-of-court settlement approaches in the early stages of a dispute.
Ann-Christin’s area of practice focuses on technical disputes, for example in the areas of digitalised and automated mechanical and plant engineering, defence and energy. In addition, Ann-Christin has extensive expertise in the area of lawyers' and managers' liability as well as in post-M&A proceedings.
Before founding GRAT Disputes, Ann-Christin worked as a lawyer at BAUMANN Resolving Disputes from 2019 to 2023, most recently as a Salary Partner, and previously as a lawyer at Corinius LLP in Hamburg from 2014 to 2019. In 2021, Ann-Christin completed her training as a business mediator (Munich Business Mediator Training).
Ann-Christin is Managing Director at the Asian European Arbitration Centre GmbH.
